1. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts that are concluded via www.brozzl.com between Schimautz GmbH and consumers, i.e. customers.

A consumer is defined as any person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is neither attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Recognition of Conditions

The consumer acknowledges these terms and conditions and agrees to them by placing an order.

3. Data Protection

Provisions for data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy.

4. Severability Clause

If any provision regarding these stipulated Terms and Conditions should be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

5. Contractual Language
The language available at the time of completion of the contract is German.

6. Contract Law

Austrian law is applied to the contractual relationship.

1. Geltung der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (nachfolgend „AGB“ genannt) gelten für alle Verträge, die über www.brozzl.com zwischen der Schimautz GmbH und Kunden abgeschlossen werden, die Verbraucher sind.

Verbraucher ist jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu einem Zwecke abschließt, der weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbstständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden kann.

2. Anerkennung der AGB

Der Kunde erkennt diese AGB an und erklärt sich mit ihnen einverstanden, sobald er eine Bestellung vornimmt.

3. Datenschutz

Bestimmungen zum Datenschutz sind in der Datenschutzerklärung enthalten.

5. Salvatorische Klausel

Falls eine Bestimmung dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unwirksam sein sollte, wird die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen davon nicht berührt.

6. Vertragssprache
Die für den Vertragsschluss zur Verfügung stehende Sprache ist Deutsch.

7. Vertragsrecht

Auf die Vertragsbeziehung wird österreichisches Recht angewandt.
