3D Printer Heatbreaks

Bi-Metal Heatbreaks

The special Bi-Metal Heatbreaks from BROZZL are made of titanium and copper for best thermal performance.

The extremely smooth surface structure significantly increases the reliability in extrusion. Less blockages and lower extrusion forces are also another positive advantage of the smooth surfaces.

The BROZZL Bi-Metal Heatbreak consists of two components with different thermal conductivity: copper alloy and titanium alloy.

We currently offer the special Bi-Metal Heatbreaks for many different 3d printers and hot-ends.

V6 Heatbreaks

Brozzl-v6-heatbreak

The special V6 Heatbreak from BROZZL is made of grade 5 titanium. This material is used specifically in the aerospace industry.

The extremely smooth surface structure significantly increases the reliability in extrusion. Less blockages and lower extrusion forces are also another positive advantage of the smooth surfaces.

Titanium Alloy has a lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel. Due to the lower thermal conductivity, a better defined melting zone is possible.

The V6 heatbreaks are compatible with all E3D V6 hotends and original Prusa i3 devices.

Original Prusa Mini Heatbreak

The special Prusa Mini Heatbreak from BROZZL is made of grade 5 titanium.

The heat break is specially designed for the Original Prusa Mini and is delivered with PTFE.
